When we read the book of Acts, we’re not just seeing what the early church did, but we are seeing what mattered most to them. Their actions reveal their values – one of which is generosity.

Through the cross, Jesus took away our sin, and because He is alive, we’ve been given the free gift of salvation and new life. Our new life comes with a new purpose.

What does true greatness look like through God’s eyes? In Luke 22, on the eve of His crucifixion, Jesus confronts our natural understanding of greatness. As Jesus washed His disciples’ feet, He made it clear: greatness isn’t about elevating ourselves, but about humbly lifting others up. This upside-down kingdom begins with humility, overflows into compassion, and ultimately reshapes our hearts to reflect our Servant King.
